American Racing MotoGP team turn to OnlyFans with promise for 2024 season
MotoGP’s American Racing Team has secured a sensational title sponsor for the 2024 season – OnlyFans. The collaboration between OnlyFans and the Moto2 team is set to grant fans a detailed insight at life competing in motor racing behind the scenes.
Earlier this year, OnlyFans made waves when its initial collaboration with American Racing was confirmed. According to the team, the deal with the subscription-based digital platform is designed to give fans a behind-the-scenes look at American Racing in the 2024 season.
On their official social media account, The American Racing Team posted: “We’re delighted to announce @OnlyFans as our title sponsor for 2024.
“After an awesome first year with their support, allowing us to take you BTS like we’ve never been able to before, we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for next year on the wild ride that is #Moto2.”
OnlyFans is certainly not renowned for motorcycle racing, but rider Rory Skinner set his own account up on the network. He hopes that the increased use of OnlyFans by sportspeople and other companies can make it more mainstream and accepted.
“You do get the comments from people who think they know it all – it’s known for what it’s known for – but it’s probably bigger for what athletes and sportspeople do in America,” Skinner told The Sun. “I think the biggest thing is trying to change the pre-conceived ideas.
“In Europe and the UK it’s not quite as well known yet but a lot of athletes in America and influencers have OnlyFans and allow people to get a lot closer to their day to day lives and understand what they do behind the scenes. OnlyFans are very passionate about the sport side of things, singer-songwriters, athletes – I think that’s the best thing about it.

“People will use it for different things and maybe they got to OnlyFans earlier than other social media accounts but at the end of the day, you see what you want to see, you find what you want and a lot of people are using it to get closer to athletes.”
Skinner lost his seat for the 2024 season, which means the OnlyFans branding will cover the bike he hands over to Marcos Ramirez instead. Back in March when the collaboration between the American Racing Team and OnlyFans was announced, OnlyFans CEO Ami Gan said: “We are enthusiastic to welcome American Racing to OnlyFans.
“This collaboration will truly give MotoGP fans an inside look at what it’s like to race around the world, as the team and its riders showcase exclusive content on the platform. OnlyFans continues to attract athletes to the platform who are looking for the best way to connect with their fans and share exclusive content.”
