UFC 295 star posed naked with only her title belt covering her modesty

UFC star Jessica Andrade once posed completely nude after her thrilling title win with only her UFC belt covering her modesty.

The MMA fighter became the first Brazilian to win the strawweight championship in 2019 when she viciously slammed Rose Namajunas on the canvas leaving the American unconscious at UFC 237. Andrade won her maiden belt in her home country of Brazil adding to her elation.

While some fighters decide to celebrate their now-champion status in a club popping bottles, the 32-year-old decided to celebrate in her own unique way – as she posed naked with her new belt.

She proudly posed for a picture which she posted on Instagram with only her belt covering up her naughty bits. Unfortunately for Andrade, her title reign was unusually short as she lost her title after just three months when she got stopped by Weili Zhang who became the first Chinese fighter to win a UFC championship.

Four years on, the Brazilian yet to reclaim her belt and is currently on a three-fight losing streak ahead of their bout against Mackenzie Dern at UFC 295 on Saturday (November 11). Her upcoming fight could make-or-break her UFC career but Andrade said she feels motivation more than pressure.

The style match-up between her and Dern, 30, is set to be a interesting one given Andrade's superiority in striking and Dern's advantage in her ground game. "As far as style, she’s definitely got an edge in the jiu-jitsu and her ground game, but as far as stand up game, she’s gotten better in striking, but I don’t think she’s at my level," Andrade stated.

"I’m at a very high level of striking. I got that style against her, so I think stylistically this is a really good matchup."
