The Liverpool legend says Premier League managers&#8217; antics need &#8220;stamping down&#8221; and singled out the duo who need to change the most.<\/p>\n<p>Klopp was handed a touchline ban towards the end of last season for questioning the integrity of a referee. The German fumed at Paul Tierney following the 4-3 win over Tottenham in April.<\/p>\n<p>Arteta also let fly at the officials after Arsenal&#8217;s 1-0 loss to Newcastle in early November. The Spaniard was charged by the FA but has since escaped punishment after the case was reviewed by an independent regulatory commission.<\/p>\n<p>Carragher believes movement to change manager&#8217;s behaviour could come to a head soon. Maybe a couple of managers, Jurgen Klopp being one, might be the ones who get the full force of it \u2013 maybe Arteta.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Carragher says Arteta portrays a different character to the one he used to play against. And he believes he was fortunate to get away scot-free following his Newcastle charge.<\/p>\n<p>The former defender added: &#8220;The thing that fascinates me with Arteta is what I see on the touchline, it\u2019s almost a completely different person to the person I played against. He wasn\u2019t that emotional.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We played derby games, he was one of Everton\u2019s best players \u2013 he was a silky player \u2013 but you\u2019d never think he was at a referee or into his own players. That was nonsense.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Arteta picked up his fourth yellow card of the season in Sunday&#8217;s win over Brighton and Carragher believes the Spaniard is being watched more closely by officials than others. He said: &#8220;He [Arteta] was obviously shouting at the referee, and the fourth officials said he\u2019s overstepped the mark.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There\u2019s no doubt they\u2019re looking for Arteta because he is lively.
