It&#8217;s All Kicking Off\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kevin De Bruyne&#8217;s home in Belgium was reportedly trashed by burglars during a break-in on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The Manchester City star, his wife Michele and their three children were not at the property at the time of the raid.<\/p>\n<p>Belgian news outlet HLN said items had been taken but no further details were available. The burglars used a stepladder to reach the first floor of the property in Bolderberg, Heusden-Zolder.<\/p>\n<p>De Bruyne, 32, bought the 70-acre property in 2015 and built a villa made of natural white stone, which was completed in February 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The house features a swimming pool, jacuzzi and basketball court.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/09\/79078009-12876337-image-a-1_1702890652862.jpg\" height=\"416\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Man City star Kevin De Bruyne&#8217;s house in Belgium was raided by burglars at the weekend<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/10\/79078285-12876337-De_Bruyne_his_wife_Michele_and_their_three_children_weren_t_at_t-a-1_1702894301209.jpg\" height=\"746\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>De Bruyne, his wife Michele and their three children weren&#8217;t at the house at the time of the raid<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/09\/79078279-12876337-image-a-24_1702891237214.jpg\" height=\"545\" width=\"306\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/18\/09\/79078275-12876337-image-m-23_1702891231133.jpg\" height=\"545\" width=\"306\"><\/p>\n<p>De Bruyne built the villa on a 70-acre plot of land he purchased in 2015<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>De Bruyne and his City team-mates flew off to Saudi Arabia for the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday evening after their 2-2 Premier League draw with Crystal Palace.<\/p>\n<p>HLN said the De Bruyne family only use the property sporadically when they visit Belgium, spending most of their time in Wilmslow, Cheshire.<\/p>\n<p>The midfielder missed Saturday&#8217;s match with a hamstring injury but watched on from the stands at the Etihad Stadium.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But he was part of Pep Guardiola&#8217;s 23-man squad that departed to the Middle-East for the Club World Cup on Saturday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>City play the Japanese side Urawa Reds in their semi-final on Tuesday and it remains to be seen whether he is fit enough to play any part.<\/p>\n<p>De Bruyne played in the FA Community Shield against Arsenal at the beginning of the season before being forced off in City&#8217;s Premier League opener against Burnley.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The hamstring issue required surgery and De Bruyne is only now closing in on a return to action.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He said over the weekend:\u00a0&#8216;It&#8217;s going really well. I had surgery \u2013 it was a big injury.
