The Dutchman is under intense scrutiny after Tuesday&#8217;s Champions League group-stage exit became the latest blow in a disastrous second season in charge.<\/p>\n<p>United fell to a toothless 1-0 defeat to Group A winners Bayern Munich at Old Trafford, condemning them to rock bottom behind FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray.<\/p>\n<p>Ten Hag&#8217;s side accumulated just four points from their six Champions League games, only winning once thanks to Andre Onana&#8217;s last-gasp penalty save against Copenhagen.<\/p>\n<p>But the 27-year-old goalkeeper was highly culpable for United&#8217;s early exit, with a flurry of mistakes contributing to eight points lost from winning positions.<\/p>\n<p>United are also out of the Carabao Cup &#8211;
