    Everton are no longer the only fanbase protesting against purported Premier League corruption.<\/p>\n

    That's after Wolves supporters united during Saturday's clash at home to Nottingham Forest in a display aimed at those running England's top flight. The Toffees faithful have been up in arms in recent weeks after their club was docked 10 points for breaching the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules.<\/p>\n

    Wolves have a different case against the lawmakers, however, after coming out on the losing side of several wrong VAR decisions in recent weeks. Manager Gary O'Neil has been vocal in the media about his displeasure for the errors, having received several apologies from PGMOL admitting fault for the mistakes.<\/p>\n

    O'Neil, 40, recently said he "has always been for VAR" but was finally "turned against" the technology after a controversial 3-2 defeat at Fulham. The tactician was informed after the match that officials admitted Fulham never should have been awarded the first of two penalties, while Cottagers duo Tim Ream and Carlos Vinicius both should have received red cards.<\/p>\n

    As a result, Wolves are estimated to have missed out on as much as seven points as a result of wrong VAR calls so far this season. The club came into Saturday's meeting with Forest sat 13th in the table but would be as high as ninth had those decisions gone their way.<\/p>\n

    That's led to an increase in calls from fans to see VAR technology removed from the Premier League once more. The innovation has led to division among supporters, players and pundits, but many Wolves followers are now decided in their stance.<\/p>\n

    The demonstration was orchestrated by supporter group Old Gold Pack, and a spokesperson for the organisation told the Express & Star \u201cWe want to be a voice for the fans. Not just Wolves fans but fans in the Premier League in general.<\/p>\n
