Manchester United fans have been left furious after spotting the referee's reaction to Cole Palmer's equaliser.<\/p>\n
Eagle-eyed Red Devils fans spotted Chris Kavanagh chuckling with the Chelsea starlet just seconds after he fired the Blues level. Scott McTominay had put Erik ten Hag's side ahead, before Palmer netted his first goal from open play for the Blues. <\/p>\n
And United fans were livid after they spotted Kavanagh's reaction when he smiled and chatted with Palmer on the half-time. "I saw the ref laughing with Palmer after the goal. He bleeds blue," one fan fumed.<\/p>\n

Palmer, who moved to Chelsea over the summer, was a childhood United fan. And after finding the net, talkSPORT commentator said: "On the ground where his heroes used to play, he grew up a Manchester United fan, he marks his first appearance at his Theatre of Dreams with a very important goal."<\/p>\n
It was an important game for Ten Hag, with the Dutchman needing a result with pressure mounting on his role at the Red Devils. <\/p>\n
