That&#8217;s why, 18 months into his cultural rebuild at Old Trafford, he likely can&#8217;t wait to offload Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window.<\/p>\n<p>Ten Hag will have learnt why Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick struggled to get a tune out of Sancho early into his tenure.<\/p>\n<p>Still, he managed him expertly last season, allowing the 23-year-old months away from the spotlight to work on himself when United were short on attacking numbers.<\/p>\n<p>It made Sancho&#8217;s public strop over being left out of the squad for United&#8217;s 3-1 defeat at Arsenal this season all the more confusing.<\/p>\n<p>Ten Hag confirmed that he excluded him from the September 3 trip to the Emirates Stadium for poor training performances.<\/p>\n<p>Sancho bit back on social media, effectively calling the United boss a liar and accusing him of making him a scapegoat for the club&#8217;s early-season struggles.<\/p>\n<p>He hasn&#8217;t been seen among Ten Hag&#8217;s first team since. Since the start of September, Sancho has been exiled.
