His captain Dunk abused referee Anthony Taylor at Nottingham Forest on Saturday and earned a red card.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Lewis is 32,&#8217; said De Zerbi. &#8216;He doesn&#8217;t need to learn or to improve in attitude, or to control himself.
