It is about assessing because the medical staff, sport science, the coaching staff we always take decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Not the players because the players cannot assess themselves. They can sometimes feel something but he is desperate to go to the national team and I think yes it is good from the national team and with the communication with the club to take the best decision for the player, for the national team and for Chelsea also.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018But not is it a decision of Reece.
