The caption read: &#8216;Arms fully extended&#8217;.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Neville then issued another response, as he said: &#8216;He\u2019d already bent forward to flick it on and he threw his legs back! I\u2019ve tried to do it. It wasn\u2019t a foul&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Clearly, Neville&#8217;s views are not shared by Arsenal boss Arteta, who lambasted the official&#8217;s decisions during his post-match interview.<\/p>\n<p>The Arsenal boss said: \u2018How the hell did this goal stand up? It\u2019s incredible. I feel embarrassed. It\u2019s an absolute disgrace that this was allowed. For many reasons it\u2019s not a goal.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018It\u2019s so difficult to compete at this level. This is nowhere near the [refereeing] level to describe this as the best league in the world. I feel sick to be part of this.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Arteta later added:\u00a0&#8216;The penalty on Eddie, there is a lot of things. The question is it&#8217;s not a goal, it&#8217;s simple.
