The Italian Football Federation found him guilty of breaching their rules, with FIFA extending the ban worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>But in a shock turn of events, the <i>Daily Mail <\/i>claim Tonali is now the subject of a fresh investigation by English football&apos;s governing body to determine if he violated their laws as well. I can\u2019t look into the future and, as I\u2019ve said, we\u2019ve cooperated fully with all of the organisations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tonali is still able to train with Eddie Howe&apos;s squad, but that situation may change if the FA take action. Brentford striker Ivan Toney, for example, had to serve half of his eight-month ban before linking back up with his team-mates.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31218415.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Juventus-Fc-Ac-Milan-Allianz-Stadium-Torino-Italy-28-May-2023.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Beppe Riso, Tonali&apos;s agent, claimed his client is suffering with a gambling &quot;illness&quot; before he was banned &#8211; raising question marks over whether he&apos;d laid bets in recent months too.<\/p>\n<p> &quot;Sandro is playing an important game against gambling addiction &#8211; he will win this one too,&quot; said Riso. &apos;I&apos;d like to thank Newcastle who have always stood by Sandro. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;He is in shock, shaken and sad.
