clash at\u00a0Molineux.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hwang Hee-chan was the home side&#8217;s saviour with an expertly taken second-half finish after a brace from Callum Wilson in the first period threatened to sink them.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gary O&#8217;Neil&#8217;s side\u00a0 extended their unbeaten league run to four games while Eddie Howe and Newcastle were left disappointed from their trip down south.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Magpies had hoped to rebound from their midweek Champions League defeat to Borussia Dortmund.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After the exciting fixture, <span>Mail Sport<\/span> takes you feature for 90 minutes or more.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson has now passed Andrew Cole and Shola Ameobi\u2019s record of 43 and moved outright third on Newcastle\u2019s list of leading Premier League goalscorers.<\/p>\n<p>Hwang Hee-chan has now become the first Wolves player to score six or more times in their opening 10 top-flight matches since Derek Dougan in 1973.<\/p>\n<p>Wolves have won just two of their 17 Premier League meetings with Newcastle, drawing 11 and losing four.<\/p>\n<p>Six of Newcastle\u2019s eight Premier League games at Molineux have ended 1-1 \u2013 the other two both finished 2-1, with Newcastle winning in October 2011 and Wolves triumphing in October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Three Wolves players have scored hat-tricks against Newcastle in the last 50 years.<\/p>\n<p>Kenny Hibbitt hit four in a 4-2 Wolves win against his brother Terry at Molineux in August 1974, followed by Steve Bull\u2019s second half four-timer in a 4-1 victory at St James\u2019 Park on New Year\u2019s Day, 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Former Wolves goalkeeper John Burridge was in goal for Newcastle that day and future Wolves manager Mark McGhee was up front.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Mutch netted his only Wolves treble in a 6-2 Newcastle defeat at Molineux in March 1992.<\/p>\n<p>This game could have been billed as the battle of the top assists in the Premier League.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Neto has now provided seven \u2013 the most in the Premier League after setting up Mario Lemina\u2019s equaliser, before he went off injured, one ahead of Newcastle\u2019s Kieran Trippier.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" extended their unbeaten Premier League run to four matches<\/p>\n<p>Newcastle have won four of their past six Premier League games, drawing the other two, while also keeping a clean sheet in each victory.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Magpies have scored 26 goals in 10 Premier League matches, their most at this stage of a top-flight campaign since 1994.<\/p>\n<p>Eddie Howe\u2019s side have registered just one victory from their last eight away fixtures in all competitions (drawn five, lost two), although that was an 8-0 win at Sheffield United last month.<\/p>\n<p>Wolves are unbeaten in five Premier League fixtures, winning two and drawing three \u2013 their best run since January 2022.<\/p>\n<p>They are three points better off than at this stage last season, when they had nine points from their opening 10 matches and just two wins.<\/p>\n<p>They have failed to score in only one of their 15 Premier League home games in 2023, a 1-0 defeat to Gary O\u2019Neil\u2019s Bournemouth in
