<\/p>\nJake Paul has announced his next fight – but not who he'll be facing.<\/p>\n
The Problem Child, 26, will be returning to the boxing ring for the third time in 2023 on December 15, having lost to Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia in March before beating UFC legend Nate Diaz in August.<\/p>\n
With his record now reading 7-1, the younger of the YouTube Paul brothers has declared his intention to aim for a world championship in the sport, moving away from his influencer roots.<\/p>\n

It'll be announced after Amanda Serrano, who's signed to his Most Valuable Promotions, faces Danila Ramos on Friday October 27.<\/p>\n In the meantime, fans have been left guessing who it could be – so Daily Star Sport<\/b> is taking a look at eight possibilities for Paul, with some more familiar to him than others.<\/p>\n Who would you like to see Paul fight next? It's seemed that everything has been leading to this bout over the last few years, but it's still not clear if it's going to happen.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, it probably won't be this time around. But at some point both of the social media stars will have to put their egos to the side and give their fans what they want.<\/p>\n Paul has made no secret of his desire to rematch Fury, who now has wins over both him and KSI following the Misfits Prime card at the weekend. He unanimous decision victory – which had to be changed after a judge miscounted – wasn't all that convincing though.<\/p>\n The Gypsy King Tyson's younger half-brother said he's done with fighting influencers, but another big payday with Paul could easily tempt him back. December might just be a touch too soon.<\/p>\n High in the betting odds is former UFC middleweight Brunson, 39, who signed with the Professional Fighters League earlier this month and is set to be a participant in their 2024 season as a light heavyweight.<\/p>\n With wins over Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley (two), Anderson Silva and Diaz, it wouldn't be a shock to see Paul call on another MMA fighter.<\/p>\n On that note, Masvidal is another ex-UFC guy who he's mentioned as a possible opponent in the past. Gamebred called time on his career in the Octagon earlier this year. <\/p>\n They've since sparred together and Masvidal appeared on Paul's "BS" podcast in June. But being on good terms doesn't mean they can't get it on in the ring.<\/p>\n After the utterly embarrassing showing he put in against Jake's bro Logan at the weekend, Danis should never be allowed back to boxing again. However, he's unquestionably a draw.<\/p>\n And Jake does like to one up his sibling, who couldn't end his six-round contest early before Danis was disqualified for trying a choke hold. But it wouldn't be the step up he's looking for.<\/p>\n More of a challenge would be Paul taking on Perry, who was the stand-in fighter for Danis should he have pulled out of the bout as was feared. Perry also went face-to-face with the ex-jiu jitsu champ last week in case Logan was ruled out.<\/p>\n Having transitioned from the UFC to bare-knuckle boxing, Perry is a lot more competent than most of Paul's previous opponents, albeit not as big a name.<\/p>\n Given Dana White's controversial pay, it's no surprise UFC stars have been lining up to be fed to Paul – and next in the queue could well be Till. The Liverpudlian was in the crowd at the AO Arena in Manchester for the Prime card.<\/p>\n And he's said to be close to signing a contract with Misfits. That would rule him out of facing Paul, but who's to say he couldn't squeeze it in beforehand.<\/p>\n There's been repeated murmurings about Paul vs Hall, yet another retired MMA fighter, in the last 12 months.
