Eden Hazard scored once and laid on three assists in a charity match in Calais – just a week after retiring from professional football.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The iconic trickster wore the No 10 shirt for Le Varietes Club de France against Team Calais in a star-studded match.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Positioned on the right wing, Hazard caused mayhem in a front three alongside Robert Pires, who he assisted, and Ludovic Giuly.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In the midfield of the 4-3-3 formation was Didier Deschamps, Claude Puel, and Yohan Cabaye.<\/p>\n
The backline featured Mathieu Debuchy, Laurent Blanc, Daniel Van Buyten, and Christian Karembeu while Jens Lehmann was between the sticks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The former Chelsea and Belgium favourite converted a neat finish for Varietes CF<\/p>\n

The match raised roughly \u00a312,900 for a charity helping children and teenagers in hospital called Pieces Jaunes (Yellow Pieces).\u00a0<\/p>\n
Hazard, a former Chelsea, Belgium, and Real Madrid\u00a0star, proved he could still dazzle.<\/p>\n
He confirmed his decision to retire on social media last week after leaving Real Madrid over the summer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He wrote on Instagram: ‘You must listen to yourself and say stop at the right time.<\/p>\n

Hazard played alongside a star-studded team including ex-France international and Real Madrid midfielder Christian Karembeu\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hazard made a lasting impact at Chelsea during his seven years with the west London side<\/p>\n

\u00a0Hazard was instrumental in the Blues winning multiple titles – including two Europa Leagues – during his time in west London<\/p>\n

The winger won two Premier League titles during his seven-year stint with the Blues<\/p>\n

Hazard won the Premier League twice and the PFA Player of the Year award at Chelsea, and also secured two La Liga titles and the Champions League with Real Madrid.<\/p>\n
However, the Belgian winger suffered a colossal 18 separate injuries during his spell in the Spanish capital, ruling him out of 95 games for club and country.<\/p>\n
At Chelsea, the Belgian was rarely injured and notched 110 goals and 92 assists in 352 appearances for the Blues.<\/p>\n

Despite clinching six titles at Madrid, his stint at the club will not be fondly remembered<\/p>\n
Despite playing a bit-part role in Madrid, Hazard still managed to claim six titles – having also won the Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup and UEFA Super Cup.<\/p>\n
During his time with the Blues, Hazard also won two Europa League titles, one FA Cup and one League Cup.<\/p>\n
Individually, Hazard was named the PFA Players’ Player of the Year and Premier League Player of the Season during the 2014\u201315 campaign.<\/p>\n
He also won the Chelsea Player of the Year award four times.<\/p>\n
