He has previously worked as managing director of SoFi Stadium \u2013 the stunning home of the NFL\u2019s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gannon is expected to lead the way on the club\u2019s stadium redevelopment plans.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Adriel Lares has been appointed chief financial officer. He has joined the club from Stash, a San Francisco-based financial services firm.<\/p>\n<p>Ex-Manchester United sponsorship director Casper Stylsvig will arrive from AC Milan as chief revenue officer next month.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A Dane, he left Old Trafford after eight years to join Fulham in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>As Mail Sport previously reported, the club are looking to surge revenue streams following years of relying on previous owner Roman Abramovich for support.<\/p>\n<p>The new team may face a stiff task, with Chelsea enduring an underwhelming start to the campaign.
