But with the news of Portland trading star guard Damian Lillard to Milwaukee, the Bucks are now the favorites at +400 and +390, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Denver also improved on Caesars Sportsbook, moving from +475 to +425, while Milwaukee improved to +375.<\/p>\n<p>On Fanduel Sportsbook, however, Denver fell from +460 to +500, while both Bucks (+375) and Celtics (+425) moved past them.<\/p>\n<p>The Miami Heat, last season&#8217;s runner-up, have fallen off and range from +2,200 to +3,000.<\/p>\n<p><em>Want more Nuggets news?
