Manchester United legend Steve Bruce has urged Jadon Sancho to apologise to Erik ten Hag as it is the only way their feud can be ended.<\/p>\n

Sancho is currently frozen out at Old Trafford after an unseemly spat with his manager played out in public.<\/p>\n

Ten Hag criticised the winger for not performing in training, with the former Borussia Dortmund man accusing the Dutchman of lying in an explosive social media post as he claimed he was being made a scapegoat.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old has not been involved in the first team since and Ten Hag was tight-lipped on his future after the Red Devils beat Crystal Palace 3-0 in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday, saying: \u2018I don\u2019t talk about players who are not available.\u2019<\/p>\n

It was put to Ten Hag that Sancho has deleted his Instagram account, which could be a step in the right direction, to which the manager said: \u2018I don\u2019t know, it\u2019s up to him.\u2019<\/p>\n

Bruce, who played over 400 times for Manchester United, says that the only way forward is for Sancho to eat humble pie and apologise to his manager and teammates, then they can move forward from there.<\/p>\n

\u2018The only way this is going to be resolved is if he goes in to say to the manager that he apologises,\u2019 Bruce told Sky Sports. \u2018And he apologises to his teammates. <\/p>\n

\u2018He can\u2019t go on social media and start criticising the coach. At the end of the day he\u2019s the boss and he makes the decisions so there\u2019s got to be a little bit of respect there. <\/p>\n

\u2018I would urge him to get in there, knock on the door and see if they can work things out. <\/p>\n

\u2018The kid\u2019s a talented player, we haven\u2019t really seen the best of him here, but we know he\u2019s got really, really good ability. But he can\u2019t have the issue now where there\u2019s rules for one and rules for another. Ten Hag\u2019s been like that since he\u2019s walked through the door, he will not put up with this ill-discipline.\u2019<\/p>\n
