{"id":293443,"date":"2023-09-22T00:35:20","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T00:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportstons.com\/?p=293443"},"modified":"2023-09-22T00:35:20","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T00:35:20","slug":"cristiano-ronaldo-dons-a-sword-and-traditional-saudi-dress-in-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportstons.com\/soccer\/cristiano-ronaldo-dons-a-sword-and-traditional-saudi-dress-in-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Cristiano Ronaldo dons a SWORD and traditional Saudi dress in video"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Cristiano Ronaldo dons a sword and traditional Saudi dress in new video with team-mate Sadio Mane to celebrate Saudi Arabian culture<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Al-Nassr duo appeared in a new video posted on the club&#8217;s social media\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Portuguese superstar dons traditional Saudi dress for his brief cameo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click here to watch the IAKO Battle of Old Trafford YouTube Special from the Mail Sport Studios\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cristiano Ronaldo and his Al-Nassr team-mates have appeared in a new video wearing traditional Saudi dress and wielding swords.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ronaldo, 38, only made the switch to Saudi Arabia in December last year but has already settled into life in the Middle East with ease.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The forward has seven goals from his opening five matches of the Saudi Pro League season and won the Golden Boot as his side clinched the Arab Club Champions Cup.<\/p>\n<p>And, as well as on the pitch, the global superstar has settled into life in Saudi off the pitch &#8211; which he demonstrated with his brief cameo in the video.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Portuguese superstar, along with team-mates such as Sadio Mane and Talisca, appeared in traditional Saudi dress as he danced along at the end of the video.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/22\/00\/75710675-12547317-image-a-41_1695340600542.jpg\" height=\"406\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Cristiano Ronaldo has starred in a new video posted onto the Al-Nassr social media account<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/22\/00\/75710665-12547317-image-a-42_1695340616598.jpg\" height=\"407\" width=\"306\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/22\/00\/75710667-12547317-image-a-43_1695340616598.jpg\" height=\"407\" width=\"306\"><\/p>\n<p>In the video, Ronaldo and team-mates such as Sadio Mane (R) appear in traditional Saudi dress ahead of Saudi National Day on September 23rd<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>The clip, posted onto the Al-Nassr social media account, showcases three children making their way throughout the club stadium and spotting a number of stars engaging in traditional activities.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the video, Ronaldo appears &#8211; alongside Mane &#8211; in a black bisht and a white thobe, while the ex-Liverpool star wore a golden looking bisht with a white thobe.<\/p>\n<p>The likes of\u00a0Marcelo Brozovic, Otavio, Talisca and Alex Telles also featured in the vide.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The caption of the video, on Twitter, was: &#8216;All together.
