We are disappointed, just as the fans are.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You should only apologise when you do something wrong on purpose.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/17\/11\/75525763-12528253-image-a-41_1694947617564.jpg\" height=\"761\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Stefano Pioli&#8217;s AC Milan shipped five goals in the derby with Inter &#8211; but he refused to apologise<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/17\/11\/75525759-12528253-image-a-42_1694947639217.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>There were contrasting emotions at San Siro as Inter beat their rivals for the fifth time in a row<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>Pushed further on the subject by reporters, he replied: &#8216;You turn around and look at what you want. We lost five derbies and will try to do better.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The result continued Inter&#8217;s perfect start to the season with four wins from four but represented a hefty first loss for Pioli&#8217;s Milan.<\/p>\n<p>They lost both legs of their Champions League semi-final meeting with Inter, as well as the corresponding league game 1-0 in February.<\/p>\n<p>Milan also suffered a 3-0 loss to their rivals in the Italian Super Cup in January, meaning they have scored only once and conceded 12 times in five meetings.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Inter are strong, that is not surprising.
