Italian side Venezia have well and truly established themselves as European football's hipster club, thanks entirely to their array of utterly gorgeous kits.

The Venice-based outfit, who are in Serie B, linked up with top-notch fashion and design brands back in 2016 and have produced some of the most aesthetically-pleasing football kits on the market ever since.

Their latest creation, for their new third strip, is a black and white hooped number topped with a stylish red collar, inspired by the city's iconic gondoliers who wear similar-looking tops as part of their uniform.

Fans leaped onto social media in droves to lavish the kit with praise, with some branding it a "genuine work of art".

"F*** me. They've done it again," one X (formerly Twitter) user beamed. "This is a genuine work of art. Wow," wrote another while a third labelled it "unreal".

"Venezia are basically more fashion house than football team, but the kits are very good so who cares," another person commented.

"This could be the very best of the lot, absolutely stunning," a fifth fan said, while another simply wrote: "Filthy".

Gorgeousness aside, works of art usually don't come cheap and Venezia are well aware of that. They're charging a whopping £86 for each of their three 2023/24 season shirts, while the long-sleeve versions will set you back £103 smackers!
