John Fury has laid down the gauntlet to Mike Tyson for a \u201cgeriatrics\u201d boxing fight. <\/p>\n
Fury Sr will be ringside when his WBO heavyweight champion son Tyson takes on former UFC brute Francis Ngannou. The controversial bout in Saudi Arabia has been a beacon for immense debate and criticism, ever since it was announced at the start of July.<\/p>\n
While Fury will be supporting the unbeaten Brit, Mike Tyson will be coaching the Cameroonian colossus\u2019. Videos of the former heavyweight champion doing pad work with Ngannou has been appearing on social media, attracting all sorts of excitement and attention.<\/p>\n
With less than two months until the bout, Fury Sr has launched an audacious challenge towards the American.<\/p>\n

"Why wouldn't I not speak to Mike Tyson,\u201d Fury said in an interview with SecondsOut. "I love the guy, I named my son after him.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf he wants to fight me on the undercard he can, no problem.\u201d The 59-year-old added: "I\u2019m a fighting man. I\u2019m old but I\u2019m a fighting man. He\u2019s a fighting man. He\u2019s old. We\u2019re two geriatrics.<\/p>\n
