{"id":291238,"date":"2023-09-04T17:27:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T17:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportstons.com\/?p=291238"},"modified":"2023-09-04T17:27:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T17:27:33","slug":"antonys-ex-girlfriend-gabriela-cavallin-makes-abuse-allegations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportstons.com\/soccer\/antonys-ex-girlfriend-gabriela-cavallin-makes-abuse-allegations\/","title":{"rendered":"Antony&apos;s ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin makes abuse allegations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Man United star Antony&#8217;s ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin accuses him of threatening her while pregnant, damaging her breast implants and slicing her finger with a glass<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gabriela Cavallin has made new abuse allegations against United winger Antony<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The DJ and influencer made the claims in an interview in her native Brazil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Antony has denied the allegations, saying he was &#8216;falsely accused&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The former girlfriend of Manchester United winger Antony\u00a0has accused him of threatening her while pregnant, damaging breast implants and cutting her finger.<\/p>\n<p>Gabriela Cavallin, a DJ and influencer, has filed police reports against Antony both in their native Brazil and in England\u00a0and investigations are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>The Brazilian news outlet UOL has published new allegations against the 23-year-old Brazil international footballer, including WhatsApp screenshots and photographs of injuries.<\/p>\n<p>In June, Cavallin accused Antony of domestic violence and making threats during a television interview in which she alleged the footballer didn&#8217;t allow her to leave their home.<\/p>\n<p>Antony responded with a statement on his Instagram account, saying he was &#8216;falsely accused&#8217; and had been &#8216;suffering in silence&#8217; as police investigations continued.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/15\/75042133-12479177-image-a-76_1693837445115.jpg\" height=\"612\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The DJ and influencer Gabriela Cavallin has made more allegations against her former partner, the Manchester United and Brazil footballer Antony<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/15\/75042131-12479177-image-m-78_1693837506415.jpg\" height=\"524\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Antony remains under police investigation in Brazil but denies the abuse allegations<\/p>\n<p>The player&#8217;s representatives told UOL the case remains under &#8216;judicial secrecy&#8217; and did not wish to comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mail Sport has contacted Antony&#8217;s representatives for comment. Manchester United replied &#8216;no comment&#8217; when contacted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cavallin has spoken out again, telling UOL she was first attacked by the footballer in June 2022 while she was pregnant and on holiday in Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>She claims that Antony put her in a car, attacked her repeatedly and threatened to throw her out the vehicle at high speed.<\/p>\n<p>She continued to have a relationship with Antony but claimed in the interview he alternated between moments of affection and outbursts of aggression, before apologising.<\/p>\n<p>When Antony moved from Dutch club Ajax to United in August 2022, in a transfer worth \u00a382million, she accompanied him to England.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/15\/72304885-12479177-Cavallin_a_DJ_and_influencer_filed_a_police_report_in_Brazil_in_-a-79_1693837723948.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Cavallin, a DJ and influencer, filed a police report in Brazil in June and then spoke out on TV<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/15\/72304883-12479177-Cavallin_said_she_needed_stitches_to_her_breast_after_Antony_all-a-80_1693837728306.jpg\" height=\"343\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Cavallin said she needed stitches to her breast after Antony allegedly injured her<\/p>\n<p>However, when he went to play for Brazil at the World Cup in Qatar, she tried to end the relationship for good but wasn&#8217;t able to do so.<\/p>\n<p>She says that on January 15 this year, Antony attacked her, causing a cut to her head, and dislocated her breast implant.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I don&#8217;t remember exactly who the fight was about, but it was someone I had been with years ago,&#8217; she told UOL. &#8216;He punched me in the chest and my silicone [implant] turned over.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Then I came to Brazil for surgery to change the prosthesis. He said: &#8216;I didn&#8217;t mean to hurt you, it was accidental, it wasn&#8217;t a punch, I just pushed you, I just held you against the wall.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Cavallin said the final incident occurred on May 8, 2023, and led to the finger injury and her return to Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>She said: &#8216;I knew I had to leave, but I couldn&#8217;t. I liked him a lot. I had a lot of hope.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I was very attached to the beginning of our relationship, to the things he was to me in the beginning. On that last day [May 8], it was very serious. I was really scared that I wouldn&#8217;t be able to get out of the house.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/15\/72626703-12479177-Antony_posted_a_statement_in_Portuguese_on_Instagram_in_June_as_-a-81_1693837740092.jpg\" height=\"974\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Antony posted a statement in Portuguese on Instagram in June as he stressed his innocence<\/p>\n<p>Cavallin alleges that Antony tried to hit her with a glass cup and as she defended herself with her hand, her finger was cut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Antony locked the door of the house and wouldn&#8217;t let me go out and I had my finger open, all hurt. He broke my things, took my passport,&#8217; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Antony, who played in United&#8217;s 3-1 defeat at Arsenal on Sunday, issued a statement on his Instagram account in June.<\/p>\n<p>He wrote: &#8216;For you, after submitting my statement at the police station where the investigation involving my name is being conducted, I wanted to speak publicly for the first time since I was falsely accused of assault.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I stayed silent until this moment so that nothing could interfere with the investigation process, but during all these days my family and I suffered in silence.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/15\/75044059-12479177-image-a-82_1693837775459.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Antony (left) played for Manchester United in their defeat to Arsenal on Sunday afternoon<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Despite being born and raised in a very needy community, I have never been through a situation similar to this, in which a false assault charge resulted in a preliminary and unfair public judgement on the part of some.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;After the closure of the investigation, my innocence will certainly be proven and justice will prevail.
