Simon Jordan says Zaha could’ve played for Real Madrid had it not been for agent
Simon Jordan has claimed Wilfried Zaha could have played for Real Madrid – had he had an agent that would have "guided" his career better.
Zaha has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia with his contract set to expire in the summer. According to the Daily Mail, Zaha is wanted by Saudi side Al-Ittihad, and they are willing to pay him £9million-per-season.
And speaking about the move, Jordan, who is the former chairman of Crystal Palace, has claimed he could have achieved more in his career. Jordan said on talkSPORT: "Wilfried Zaha could have played for Real Madrid – he’s that good.

"Who guided his career? Maybe if he had some ghastly individual like Kia Joorabchian rolling him around pushing him everywhere, then maybe he would get better opportunities."
Jordan continued: "Wilfried Zaha, I don’t think, should go to Saudi Arabia. I think I would much prefer him to operate at the highest level because I know he’s good enough.

“If Wilfried Zaha is happy with his career, who are you, who am I, or who are all of these know-nothings about Wilfried Zaha’s view is, to tell him what he should or should not do. I give him a pass because I think, in this instance, he has a right to make a decision.”
Zaha's chance at a top club came in 2013 – when he left Palace for Manchester United as one of the first signings of the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era.
However, Zaha and David Moyes clashed at Old Trafford, and he struggled to ever establish himself for the Red Devils.
