Manchester United have suffered a double injury blow in their Premier League clash with Luton, after Danish internationals Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund both went off with injuries.
Eriksen was the first to go off after 40 minutes with an apparent knee injury, while £72m summer signing Hojlund went off in the second-half with a hamstring issue.
In a season plagued by injuries, Erik ten Hag will be hoping their injuries aren’t too serious and that they won’t miss much time.
It also puts their involvement with the Danish national team for their upcoming fixtures against Slovenia and Northern Ireland at risk.
It wasn’t all bad news as Erik ten Hag’s picked up a 1-0 victory thanks to Victor Lindelof’s goal.

Going into their game with Luton, United had won just six of their 11 Premier League outings this season.
Part of that has been down to their injury crisis with the likes of Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia all missing games.
Hojlund has made an explosive start in the Champions League for the Red Devils scoring five goals in four games.
However, he is yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League, and depending on the seriousness of his injury, he might have a wait on his hands to break his goal drought in the top-flight – after making nine appearances to date.
Eriksen has also been a regular for United, making 14 appearances so far this season.
The 31-year-old was replaced by Mason Mount, giving the England international a rare chance to prove himself after a tough start to life at Old Trafford.
Hojlund was replaced by Anthony Martial after 79 minutes, as the Red Devils held on to take the victory.
