Liverpool vs Leicester LIVE: Team news, line-ups and more ahead of Premier League fixture tonight

Liverpool welcome Leicester and former Reds coach Brendan Rodgers to Anfield in the Premier League this evening as both teams look to make a statement in what is becoming a competitive, unpredictable title race.

Jurgen Klopp’s side will regain top spot if they can emerge victorious from this test, while a win for Leicester would send them second on goal difference – or even to the summit, if they can stun the champions by a wide enough margin.

In their last outing, before the international break, Liverpool fought to a 1-1 draw with Manchester City, while Leicester were 1-0 winners against an inconsistent Wolves outfit. But form could go out the window in what is set to be an entertaining battle, full of attacking football between the fourth-placed Reds and third-placed visitors on the champions’ turf tonight.
