Jadon Sancho has made his Manchester United transfer desire clear to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in private talks.
The Red Devils broke through new ground as they agreed agents fees and personal terms with the Englishman on Wednesday.
The deal would see him can £250,000 a week, making him the third-highest earner at Old Trafford.
United only have the £108m transfer fee to deal with now – but Borussia Dortmund have made life difficult in talks as they remain stubborn over the price.
The Westfalenstadion side have taken a strong stance in talks, with director Michael Zorc even saying he would be at the club next season after their August 10 deadline was missed.
But Norwegian outlet Dagbladet have reported that Sancho has now stamped his authority on the move.
In private talks with Solskjaer, the forward has said he wants to make the Old Trafford transfer happen.
Sancho has impressed at Dortmund from the day he arrived from Manchester City’s academy in 2017, scoring 20 goals and making 20 assists last season.
The forward has also managed to break into Gareth Southgate’s England side, making 13 international appearances.
Solskjaer’s side are expected to approach Dortmund with a “£90m plus £18m add-ons” offer for the 20-year-old.
But Sky Sports reported Dharmesh Sheth has warned that United cannot be too rash in negotiations.
He added: “But there is plenty of work to do before we get to that stage, and Manchester United need to be careful as well because they cannot leave this too late.
