Chelsea took another huge step towards Champions League qualification, beating Fulham 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.
A brace from Kai Havertz was the difference as the Blues opened up a six-point gap in the race for a top-four finish.
Focus now turns to the Champions League, where they meet Real Madrid in the second leg of their semi-final clash.
Despite a potentially historic week for the club, some eyes are already looking towards the summer and Thomas Tuchel's first opportunity to shape the squad.
Frank Lampard was heavily backed last summer, spending more than £200million. But with a new manager, there could be more additions as they look to contend at the top of the Premier League.
Here's the latest Chelsea transfer news and gossip.
Real Madrid have offered Lucas Vazquez a new bumper contract, in order to fight off transfer interest from Chelsea.
Tuchel’s side, along with Manchester United have been linked with the winger, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
Negotiations over a new deal had previously stalled due to the club’s precarious financial position.
However, AS claim that Los Blancos bosses have lodged an offer worth in the region of £84,000-per-week.
The report adds that the 29-year-old would prefer to stay in Madrid having came through the club’s academy system.

Chelsea are eyeing a move for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who could be available for as little as £17m, according to reports.
The Frenchman has made available for transfer this summer in Turin with the Italian giants struggling in Serie A.
Rabiot is on around £120,000-a-week at Juve and club chiefs are looking to trim costs where they can, opening the door up to Chelsea.
Calciomercato claim that Tuchel could look to be reunited with Rabiot, who played under the German at Paris Saint-Germain.
However, the west London side will have to battle Barcelona for his signature.
The report also goes on to state that Rabiot’s mother, Veronique, has been speaking to the Catalan giants over a summer transfer.
AC in for Abraham
AC Milan are reportedly considering a move for Chelsea outcast Tammy Abraham.
The Rossoneri currently have Abraham’s teammate Fikayo Tomori on loan and there is an expectation they will make that deal permanent at the end of the season.
And it has now been suggested that the Italian giants could launch a £40m bid for Abraham, who has fallen almost completely out of favour under Tuchel.
The Evening Standard claim that Milan are set to rival West Ham for the England international, who is keen to remain in the Champions League.
Abraham has 12 goals in all competitions this season, but hasn’t scored in the Premier League since Boxing Day.
