A Premier League star got into the festive spirit with his girlfriend this weekend as he dressed up for Halloween after suffering defeat on Saturday.
The footballer and his model partner, dressed up as the Big Bad Wolf and Little Red Riding Hood respectively, posed for the camera in an Instagram post with the caption: ‘Halloween fun’.
Concealing his identity with a wolf’s mask, the midfielder made a claw with one hand and embraced his girlfriend with the other while she smiled at the camera sporting a red, latex costume.
The Instagram pictures, which were posted on Sunday, appeared to show the couple’s night out in London the evening before.
Enjoying the evening with his partner Aine May Kennedy and a group of their friends, the England international was perhaps trying to lay the ghost of his defeat just a few hours earlier.

Bryan Mbeumo put the game to bed deep into injury time after Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez was left stranded, having gone up for a corner in the closing stages.
Despite letting his hair down for Halloween rather than wallowing in the defeat, Gallagher will be keen to return Chelsea to winnings ways against Blackburn in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, before facing Tottenham, Manchester City and Newcastle in his next three Premier League fixtures.
