Argentina sex symbol vowed to run naked with Maradona if they won the World Cup
An Argentinian sex symbol promised to strip off and run naked with Diego Maradon a if Argentina won the 2010 World Cup.
Luciana Salazar, who these days has over 1.4million followers on Twitter and 1.7million on Instagram, made the vow in the lead up to the tournament in South Africa. It came after Maradona had promised to run around the obelisk monument in Buenos Aires.
Speaking ahead of the first World Cup to be held in Africa, he said: "If we win the World Cup, I'll get naked and run around the city's Obelisk." That prompted Salazar, a gorgeous blonde model, to make her own special promise.

She tweeted: "Diego, if Argentina wins, I'll join you in the obelisk!!"
Unfortunately for Salazar – and Maradona – Argentina didn't go all the way in South Africa, crashing out at the quarter-final stage.

With Maradona in charge, the two-time World Cup winners qualified from their group by winning all three of their matches. They continued their excellent form in the last-16, brushing aside Mexico with a comfortable 3-1 victory.
But they came unstuck against Germany in the last-eight, going down 4-0 to crush Salazar and Maradona's naked dreams. The 42-year-old model hasn't done too bad for herself since then, participating in a number of TV programmes.
These days, her Instagram is a sea of gorgeous photos showcasing her glamorous lifestyle. Last week she posted a stunning snap celebrating her most recent birthday, wearing a figure-hugging strappy dress and sequinned boots.
Writing on Instagram, she said: "My bday wild tropical style! Everything divine as always!! My flower garden love it!!"
Salazar will be cheering on Argentina over the next month as they go in search of their third World Cup – and their first since 1986.
The Qatar tournament looks set to be Lionel Messi's last, and he'll be hoping to go out on a high.
"There’s some anxiety and nerves at the same time … it is the last one," Messi said in an interview with Star Plus earlier this year.
