Lewis Hamilton and Valentino Rossi are in talks to swap roles for the day as the F1 and MotoGP legends consider a post-season sport switch.
According to Crash.net , the initial plan is to try and get Rossi in Hamilton's Mercedes, while allowing the Brit to test out his skills on two wheels with a Yamaha bike.
Hamilton has been on a motorcycle before, admitting he'd 'always loved two wheels more than four'.
Rossi confirmed the plans while watching the Japanese Grand Prix last weekend.

“Yes, we are trying to arrange this swap with Hamilton, it would be something fantastic," he said.
“They are trying to organise a day when Lewis tries my M1 and I try his Mercedes.
"We hope to make it happen, it would be very cool.
"To drive an F1 car is always great.”
The business end of both the F1 season and the MotoGP calendar is upon us, meaning it might not be that long until we see the swap taking place.

Abu Dhabi is rumoured to be the destination of choice.
All F1 teams will stay in the Middle East after the final race of the season on December 1.
To add, Rossi's plan is to take part in a sports car race in Abu Dhabi on December 14, meaning the timing could be perfect for a motorsport mash-up before Christmas.
Hamilton is on course to win world title number six in the coming weeks.
But the F1 legend spooked fans on Instagram last week with a cryptic message about 'giving up'.
After days of radio silence on social media, Hamilton re-emerged to send his supporters another message later in the week.
"Good morning World. I just wanted to send a message of positivity to you," he said on his Instagram story.
"I hope your weeks been amazing and wishing you a great weekend. I appreciate all the positive vibes you’ve sent my way.
"I haven’t given up, I’m still right here fighting! #stillirise"
