George Russell ‘funniest man alive’ as F1 fans spot reaction to Max Verstappen

George Russell had F1 fans in stitches as he teased Max Verstappen after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Verstappen claimed his 19th victory in the final race of the season on Sunday (November 26), ending a dominant 2023 in style. He had his third world title wrapped up weeks ago, with Red Bull crowned constructors' champions even before that.

The Dutchman was joined by Charles Leclerc and Russell, who finished second and third respectively, at the post-race press conference where he was asked what motivated him to keep pushing in the final five GPs of the year.

A second argued: "One day people will believe me when I say that the funniest drivers in F1 are Charles and George, in that order. Until then, presented without comment!"
