Albon risks wrath of golf star WAG with cheeky comment ahead of Las Vegas GP

F1 star Alex Albon has risked the wrath of his stunning golfing girlfriend after he made a cheeky comment at the Netflix Cup.

Netflix produced their first live sporting event for the tournament – which saw F1 stars take on a round of golf. And as Alex Albon made his way around the course, he spotted a statue from hit show Squid Games.

"That thing looks kinda creepy," said PGA Tour's Max Homa, before Albon chimed in: "Kinda looks like my girlfriend!" And Netflix shared a screenshot of the interaction on their social media, with the caption: "Does Alex Albon still have a girlfriend?"

Albon is dating Chinese professional golfer Lily Muni, with the pair meeting on social media after Muni watched Drive to Survive. At the time, Albon was playing golf for fun – and they started to exchange messages over the platform.

However, it appears that Albon hasn't been listening to his better half's advice, as he produced an air shot at the Netflix Cup. Albon swung and missed, as he produced a comedic fall to the ground in the process.
