Minnesota might be getting used to good results now that the team has three wins in a row. They strolled past the Jets with points to spare on Sunday, taking the game 37-17.

Minnesota’s success was spearheaded by the efforts of Latavius Murray, who rushed for 69 yards and 2 touchdowns, and Kirk Cousins, who passed for 241 yards and 2 touchdowns. Cousins has been a consistent playmaker for Minnesota as this was the 4th good game in a row from him. The squad can also thank their defense for forcing the opposing offense to cough up 5 turnovers.

On a positive note, Sam Darnold put forth a good effort for the losing side as he accumulated 206 passing yards and punched in 1 rushing TD.

Minnesota’s victory brought them up to 4-2-1. The Jets’ defeat pushes them down to 3-4.

Next week Minnesota will take on New Orleans at 8:20 p.m. Minnesota’s defense better steel itself: New Orleans are averaging 36 points per game. As for the Jets, they will face off against Chicago. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W’.
