Melvin Gordon doesn’t think he’s leaving Los Angeles anytime soon.
The Chargers running back hasn’t played yet in 2019 because of a contract holdout and his team gave him permission to seek out trade partners last month.
But Gordon believes the Chargers aren’t actually willing to move him, according to ESPN.
“This is not a Le’Veon Bell situation,” one source close to the situation said. “He still wants to be a Charger. But he’s got to protect himself.”
