Dolphins vs. Texans live results, updates of ‘Thursday Night Football’ matchup
Week 8 of the 2018 NFL season kicks off with a “Thursday Night Football” contest between two AFC contenders, the Dolphins and Texans, in Houston.
The Dolphins (4-3) enter the week one game behind the Patriots in the AFC East. The Texans (4-3) lead the AFC South, a game ahead of the Jaguars and Titans.

Miami will once again turn to Brock Osweiler at quarterback in place of the injured Ryan Tannehill. Osweiler, a former Texans starter, has completed 50 of 75 passes (67 percent) in his two starts as Tannehill’s fill-in. Tannehill is inactive for Thursday’s game.
