Meet Fallon Sherrock’s darts ace boyfriend ahead of World Championship
Fallon Sherrock is back in action at the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace this week. However, the Queen of the Palace is not the only darts sensation in her household.
Sherrock is in a relationship with fellow darts star Cameron Menzies. The 34-year-old also competes at the World Darts Championship and will be at Ally Pally again this year, having reached the second round in 2022.
Menzies works as a plumber to make ends meet around his darts career. He admitted last year that he took time off work to watch Sherrock’s matches after he was dumped out of the competition.
The Glasgow-born ace says he and Sherrock often train together. Naturally, the sessions are extremely competitive and Menzies concedes he is forced to cook dinner when he loses. However, he insists he is Sherrock’s biggest fan.
“We enjoy our practice together and she is a very classy player. She has done well for darts in general and is banging in 90 averages and 100 averages, the same as a lot of women,” Menzies told Sky Sports after his elimination from the World Championship last year.

“I’m quite lucky I’ve got a very good partner who can play darts. It’s good in the house unless she beats me and I’ve got to make the food. I don’t like it when she beats me.
“I will support her left, right and centre. I am her biggest fan.
“I might be a bit strict, but I know how good she is. I’ve known her for a very long time and I know she is very, very good. She’s taken me places I would never have experienced because of darts, so I’m a very lucky person. I’m her biggest fan and I wish her all the best.”
Menzies will once again be at the World Darts Championship. He will hope to go past the second round this year, having been knocked out at that stage last year.

“I’m excited and nervous at the same time,” he told the Cumnock Chronicle last week.
“I mean, it’s the biggest tourney of the year. It’s a great buzz, especially as I am a fan and I never thought I would get to play there.”
The PCD World Darts Championship begins on December 15 and runs until the final on January 3, 2024.
