Argentina Rugby World Cup icon’s WAG is beach beauty with better abs than him

A World Cup WAG has been hailed for having better abs than her rugby-playing partner.

Argentina, who dumped out Wales in the quarter-finals, face New Zealand in the first of the Rugby World Cup semi-finals in Paris tonight (Friday). The All Blacks will be hot favourites, but the Pumas can’t be counted out.

Scrum half Nicolas Sanchez – a survivor from Argentina’s last semi-final appearance in England in 2015 – is one of their key players. And he will be cheered on all the way by his ravishing other half, Juli Arregui.

The blogger, who has more than 16,000 followers on Instagram, has been posting regularly from the World Cup, with pictures of her with Sanchez and her children featuring heavily. Arregui is also partial to a beach-based bikini shot.

One stunning image, posted earlier this year, showcases her impressive torso which was met with flames emojis and cries of “beautiful” from her thousands of followers. It was also remarked that she has a better figure than her professional rugby player partner, who no doubt has washboard abs of his own.

But her bikini will be nowhere to be seen on what is expected to be a rainy night in Paris, where Argentina will attempt to make history by reaching a World Cup final for the first time.

That would represent one of the biggest upsets in the sport’s history, but Argentina at least have a recent victory over the All Blacks to draw inspiration from. The Pumas prevailed 25-18 in Christchurch last year and skipper Julian Montoya says that has instilled the belief that they can engineer a dramatic upset at the Stade de France.

“As soon as you get on the field you believe you can win. It’s true we have some firsts under our belts,” said Montoya. “We were the first Argentina team to beat New Zealand and that confirms we can beat anyone.

“I have full confidence in our team and our players. This is the moment to play the best game of our lives and give everything.”
