Flemington will be the starting point but a showdown with the Sydney fillies at Randwick will be the autumn end game for VRC Oaks winner Personal.
Personal improved with each rise in distance last time in, culminating with her triumph in the $1 million VRC Oaks in November.
Co-trainer Tom Dabernig said Personal would resume in The Vanity at Group 3 level at Flemington next month before a likely crack at the Group 1 Australian Oaks at Randwick on April 10.
Taking on the males second-up in the Group 1 Australian Guineas is also an option for the filly.
“She will probably kick off in The Vanity and maybe run in the Australian Guineas before we go to Sydney,” Dabernig, who trains Personal in partnership with Ben Hayes, said.
“I think we’ll do a hit-and-run trip to Sydney for her first run then see how she goes before the Oaks.
“I think it will be similar to the spring where we took it one run at a time and kept setting targets.”

Dabernig said Personal has just entered the fast work phase of her preparation to return to racing.
He said the daughter of champion sire Fastnet Rock enjoyed a short break but has returned to work in great shape for her latest campaign.
“It’s hard to improve on what she’s already done but she’s come back really well,” Dabernig said.
“She’s up to the early stages of her fast work and she had short spell but she did well during that time and there’s no negative at all with her.”
Dabernig conceded smart fillies can often emerge as autumn three-year-olds but was confident Personal had the class to hold her place among the top echelon of her grade this time in.
“It can change sometimes for three-year-old fillies in the autumn and some can emerge,” he said.
“She’s been a pleasure to train and she’s done so well and is a happy, sound horse.”
Serenade Rose was the last filly to complete the VRC Oaks and Australian Oaks double in the 2005/06 season.
