  • ‘The Nightmare’ is set to face Tommy Fury in an epic clash this weekend

YouTube star turned boxer KSI claims he could ‘give it a good f*****g go’ against Canelo Alvarez, Dmitry Bivol or Artur Beterbiev.

KSI, real name Olajide ‘JJ’ Olatunji, made the stunning claim when speaking to Vivid Ink Tattoos ahead of his influencer showdown with Tommy Fury this weekend.

Olatunji saw his TKO victory over Joe Fournier overturned, with the result changed to a ‘no decision’ following a post-fight review in his last fight.

‘The Nightmare’ appeared to have ended the contest in the second round. However, Replays showed the knockout blow had come from a forearm – with PBA deciding that the elbow was accidental, therefore changing the result to a ‘no decision.’

With preparations for his bout with Fury coming to an end, ‘The Nightmare’ revealed that training for the bout went that well, he could go toe-to-toe with the likes of Canelo, Bivol and Beterbiev.

The three boxers named by the YouTuber turned boxer were Canelo Alvarez, Dmitry Bivol or Artur Beterbiev

KSI also claimed he is on a ‘different level’ ahead of his fight with Tyson Fury’s younger brother in Manchester.

‘It’s kind of weird, but I honestly feel like at the end of camp I could fight anyone and give it a good f*****g go,’ said KSI.

‘Whether it’s Canelo, whether it’s [Dmitry] Bivol, whether it’s [Artur] Beterbiev, anyone.

‘I just feel like I’m on a different level.

‘But, that’s just the training, obviously I know in reality if I fight these guys, technically they’re way better than me and they know how to beat me.’

To put it into context, Canelo is the current undisputed super middleweight world champion and is considered as one of the greatest boxers of all time.

Bivol became only the second man to beat Canelo – defeating the Mexican in a one-sided showdown last year.

As for Beterbiev, he is dubbed as one of the toughest boxers on the planet today.

Meanwhile Artur Beterbiev is considered to be one of the toughest boxers in the sport today

KSI is scheduled to go head-to-head with Tyson Fury’s younger brother Tommy this weekend

Beterbiev is one of the most dominant boxers in the sport at the moment. He currently holds the unified WBC, WBO and IBF light heavyweight world titles.

The 38-year-old, with a record of 19-0, has knocked out every opponent he has faced in the ring so far. He secured an epic win against Anthony Yarde in his last bout back in January.

KSI’s claim that he could go in there with these three boxing icons may be a bit too far, but it shows his confidence is through the roof as he looks to hand Fury his first defeat of his professional career on Saturday.
