Controversial figure Dapper Laughs eased to victory on his Misfits boxing debut with a first round victory over TikToker Simple Simon on Friday evening.
The pair entered the ring at York Hall for the Misfits 11 show with Dapper Laughs – real name Daniel O’Reilly – making his boxing debut on the preliminary card.
His first bout couldn’t have been easier with the 39-year-old sending his opponent careering into the canvas just nine seconds after the bell rang.
O’Reilly caught his opponent – Simon Colbran (Simple Simon) – with three quick-fire right-hand shots during the opening seconds and that sent the 53-year-old down.
Things got a whole lot worse for the TikTok star who eventually lasted just over a minute in the ring before the referee waved the fight off.

Dapper Laughs made light work of his competitor, winning his debut bout in just 65 seconds having landed another crushing right-hand that proved too much for Colbran.
The pair embraced at the end of the fight as Dapper Laughs had his hand raised in the ring as he marked a successful first outing on the newly formed Misfits boxing circuit.
The age difference between the pair helped Dapper Laughs in his search for victory and it was obvious the younger fighter had the better stamina throughout the short-lived fight.
Speaking afterwards, Dapper Laughs humbly tributed his underdog opponent for stepping into the ring at York Hall.
Posting on X, he said: ‘I feel for Simple Simon, I can only box who they put in front of me and I knew he was older and came in as the underdog.
‘It didn’t feel great putting him down I’ve got to be honest but I’ve got a lot of love for him and that’s why I didn’t celebrate.
‘Afterwards I gave him a big cuddle and I think he needs to be really proud of himself. The comments should be about how much bottle he’s got and that he’s keen to get in the ring.
‘Ultimately he’s out there trying to make money for his family and he was game to fight me, maybe even knowing my ability was more he wanted to test himself.’
